Group Vocal Sessions (15-19)

Learn how to use your voice as an instrument in a group ensemble singing environment. You’ll take part in creative writing exercises and develop vocal technique including how to expand your range, breath control, tone and confidence, whilst making music together.

Ages: 15 - 19

Occurrence: Wednesdays (term period)

Time: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Location: Raw Material

Who's this for?

For anyone who's ever sung in the shower, freestyled with mates, or dreamed about getting on a mic but never had the space to try it properly. Whether you're a singer, a rapper, or somewhere in between, this is a room built for young voices — solo talents who want to grow, and anyone who just wants to make music alongside other people.

What you'll get

Hands-on vocal technique in a group ensemble setting — breath control, range, tone, and confidence, taught in a way that builds you up rather than puts you on the spot. You'll learn how to use your voice as your instrument, and write and shape material with others.

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?

None at all. Open to complete beginners and more experienced vocalists alike — come as you are.
