Raw Material has launched a year-long Creative Residency Programme, supporting 5 Lambeth-based freelancers across any creative discipline.

This programme capitalises on the new opportunities and spaces created in our refurbished building. Designed for early to mid-career creatives, the residency provides dedicated time, space, and support to develop practice while connecting with communities and sharing creative journeys.

Residency benefits include:

  • 2 days of co-working space per month at Raw Material HQ in Brixton.

  • 5 days of rehearsal or creative space across the year (Live Room, Loft, or Studio).

  • £500 bursary to support practice or a specific project.

  • Promotion and platforming via Raw Material’s digital channels

We have partnered with 5 creatives who are committed to:

  • Sharing their story and creative journey through social media and Raw Material’s channels.

  • Leading at least one workshop or session for Raw Material’s young people or adult community.

  • Being a visible, positive presence within our community, contributing to Raw’s creative energy and values.
