A supportive, creative writing programme designed to help participants explore their inner world, build confidence, and transform raw expression into crafted poems and stories. Drawing on insights from psychology, the workshops explore the difference between expressive writing (writing to understand and process emotions) and creative writing (writing shaped for meaning, structure, and impact).

A chance for beginner and intermediate level guitarists to enhance their technique and skills. Learn basic chord structures and guitar technique, how to read chord charts and take part in solo and group songs.

Get to know all of the ins and outs of audio-producing software BeatLab. This is a chance for budding engineers and beat makers to learn some early skills in music production. Sessions will include skills such as: exploring loops and importing samples, understanding notation and composing melodies, learning how to mix down a track, and understanding timing and rhythm.
