Ron Bennett

Ron joins our team as the new Impact & Insight officer. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the public sector and freelancing in various facets of the creative industries. His diverse background spans building new systems, supporting operations, implementing innovative workflows, and creatively directing projects.

In the public sector, Ron has worked with several local authorities, providing both frontline and back-office support to vulnerable communities. His responsibilities included maintaining and analysing data for thousands of service users. This experience gives him a unique perspective, as he believes, "It's not just about numbers or data; there are real people behind them, and that must be at the forefront of all work that supports those in need."

Ron's creative pursuits have led him to collaborate with an array of companies and organisations, including major record labels such as Sony, Universal, and Warner, and world-renowned recording studios like Abbey Road and Metropolis.

With this combined experience in both secular and creative fields, Ron will significantly impact the future of Raw, helping shape our vision and what it means for our many participants.
