Summer Band Project

Form a Band In A Week With Other Young Musicians

Summer Band Project is a five-day music project designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and get young people making music together. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or already jamming at home, this is your chance to form a band, write original songs, and perform in a final showcase for friends, family, and staff.

You’ll get access to real studio spaces – including a live room, vocal booth, and production studio – plus expert support from professional musicians and youth mentors.

💥 Each day brings something new. Here’s how the week plays out:

  • Day 1 – Who Are We?
Meet the crew, try out different instruments, and choose the one you’ll focus on.

  • Day 2 – Band Time
Skill-building sessions, jam with new friends, and form your band.

  • Day 3 – Write & Rehearse
Keep developing your sound and dive into lyric writing.

  • Day 4 – Craft & Create
Finalise your songs, make merch (badges, band photos), and get stage-ready.

  • Day 5 – Let’s Play!
One last rehearsal, then perform your music at our sharing session.

🚀 What You’ll Get Out of It

  • Build your skills on guitar, drums, vocals, or any instrument you choose.

  • Learn how to write and perform your own song.

  • Work as part of a band and connect with like-minded creatives.

  • Feel empowered, confident, and inspired.

  • Take home a personal scrapbook of your journey.
