Drawing on insights from psychology, the workshops explore the difference between expressive writing (writing to understand and process emotions) and creative writing (writing shaped for meaning, structure, and impact).

Get to know all of the ins and outs of audio-producing software BeatLab. This is a chance for budding engineers and beat makers to learn some early skills in music production. Sessions will include skills such as: exploring loops and importing samples, understanding notation and composing melodies, learning how to mix down a track, and understanding timing and rhythm.
